Automation gave birth to many technologies like ‘Home Automation’, which further developed and is known as ‘Internet Of Things’. This project redefines the way things work and interact with humans. Using home automation, it becomes easy to control the devices or appliances one needs to use from a mobile phone or any handheld device though being away from the appliance. A home automation system typically connects controlled devices to a central hub. Home automation or domotics is building automation for a home, called a smart home or smart house. . A home automation system will control lighting, climate, entertainment systems, and appliances. It may also include home security such as access control and alarm systems.When connected with the Internet, home devices are an important constituent of the ‘Internet of Things’.
Using the above elements the home automation hub was created through which the devices were controlled and the camera was used to get the surveillance. Moreover, it integrated with all the devices taking the advantage the ecosystem so no matter which device you have, you can turn on/off the appliances on the go. Furthermore, it also supported in various platforms and can work well with third party apps. One of the breaking point was all the things it could do costed only $63, keeping it low and delivering a huge amount of work.
